Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays. Any order placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to customs clearance, bad weather, peak seasons or courier delays, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size and delivery location. We offer free shipping for orders that meet our minimum order amount requirement. Eligible orders will automatically apply free shipping at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid tracking number. You can track your package status online at any time. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect customer address information.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees charged by your local government. These fees are thebuyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping fees. We will not refund orders that are returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our customer support with photos and order details within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for qualified cases.

7. Order Modification & Cancellation

Order address changes or cancellations are only available for unshipped orders. Once the order has been shipped, no modification or cancellation is allowed.
